  • It may be able to, but it sounds like you have Tachycardia (rapid heart rate) and should be treated by a professional - in person!

  • Can this cure my heart in other ways because when i stand up my beats like if I just stopped running plz help

  • thats pretty cool..i jus broke my bollix laughing after doing that because it actually did work

  • @iradamo it works!

  • BOTH hands seems to work better

  • @rootandbranchom why is my hand itching after doing this !!!!!

  • @bdjs100 sorry for the delay in responding. Not sure about the itching, is it still going on or just in the beginning?

  • @bdjs100 no clue

  • hi, can you do it with both hands at the same time or just one.. and if one, which hand? i think this is working!!

  • Actually.....I must apologize for my retarded previous comment.

  • WOW - THOUGHT I WAS DYING - IT HELPED, TKS

  • wow..i tryed the mudra 4 haert palpitations and it soo works...thaaannnks soo much...

  • This will help ALL heart problems and irregularities. The yogi who I learned it from said it can even stop a heart attack! Although I have not had a chance to try that out. But you can see from using it for palpitations, etc. that it is powerful, so I would believe it. I think all EMTs should be trained in how to use it.

  • thanks

  • no it does not mean your doing it wrong. I think it just means you don't "need" it as much as someone who has a heart issue.

  • interesting. i did it. felt a bit of a tingle in my right forearm for a second and then, nothing. tried both hands, felt nothing. historically, no heart condition with me, does this mean im doing it wrong?

  • your welcome! thank the yogis & sages who discovered it!

  • thank you so much man :) blessings to you

  • im having 94 per minute heart beat. i feel so tired without doing anything yet. my blood pressure is soaring high than normal too, 149/99. i need help

  • Thanks for the video. When you refer to heart palpitations, do you include atrial fibrillation in that? That is, would this mudra help an AF episode? Your reply would be welcome.

  • it worked for me so far thank you.

  • it is based on the internal energy (Qi or Prana) system of ancient India. Each finger creates an energetic "lock" of energy pattern. Similar to pressing keys on a piano- each has a different effect. Each finger is associated with a different element and it creates a focus of energy to the Heart. That's why. Make sense?

  • how does this work?

  • I layed back in my chair closed my eyes and did this with both of my hands and I felt a pop or something in my chest and I felt like I could breathe easier. I don't know why but it scared me!

  • @mattchoo1 most likely a good thing- don't worry. You probably had a rib out and it popped back in.

  • Should I do it on both hands ? Thank you

  • @gentle991 yes two is better I think

  • I tried it for five minutes and my palpitations stopped--thank you.

  • @naomi298 your welcome! glad it helped! Please share with friends who have it.

  • Thank you, I will try this method, I get heart palps and they are really scary at times, i want them to go away. But thank you again for revealing this easy to use method.

  • @Reformer82 PLease let me know what your experience with it is!

    thanks & good luck!

  • I have used it many times with success for patients with palpitations. Glad you used it successfully! There will be more to follow as well...

  • That's very useful, thanks very much for posting it. :-)
