This will help ALL heart problems and irregularities. The yogi who I learned it from said it can even stop a heart attack! Although I have not had a chance to try that out. But you can see from using it for palpitations, etc. that it is powerful, so I would believe it. I think all EMTs should be trained in how to use it.
interesting. i did it. felt a bit of a tingle in my right forearm for a second and then, nothing. tried both hands, felt nothing. historically, no heart condition with me, does this mean im doing it wrong?
im having 94 per minute heart beat. i feel so tired without doing anything yet. my blood pressure is soaring high than normal too, 149/99. i need help
Thanks for the video. When you refer to heart palpitations, do you include atrial fibrillation in that? That is, would this mudra help an AF episode? Your reply would be welcome.
it is based on the internal energy (Qi or Prana) system of ancient India. Each finger creates an energetic "lock" of energy pattern. Similar to pressing keys on a piano- each has a different effect. Each finger is associated with a different element and it creates a focus of energy to the Heart. That's why. Make sense?
I layed back in my chair closed my eyes and did this with both of my hands and I felt a pop or something in my chest and I felt like I could breathe easier. I don't know why but it scared me!
Thank you, I will try this method, I get heart palps and they are really scary at times, i want them to go away. But thank you again for revealing this easy to use method.
It may be able to, but it sounds like you have Tachycardia (rapid heart rate) and should be treated by a professional - in person!

no it does not mean your doing it wrong. I think it just means you don't "need" it as much as someone who has a heart issue.
