I smoke pot. I have a condition that causes a great deal of pain. I have to take meds too, but I like to smoke to relieve some of the spasms, pain and tension. I already take painkillers and muscle relaxers, so what am I supposed to do when those aren't enough? They do help, don't get me wrong, but I just need a little extra help now and again. So why am I a criminal? Marinol is damn expensive and not very effective for me. I just need to smoke pot. Eating marijuana is also not effective for me,

When you're in literally constant pain, you tend to have mood disturbances and the like. Pot makes me feel happier and more relaxed, which reduces stress, which reduces tension, which reduces pain. It also makes me more pleasant to be around. All around a very effective medication for me.

I smoke pot. I have a condition that causes a great deal of pain. I have to take meds too, but I like to smoke to relieve some of the spasms, pain and tension. I already take painkillers and muscle relaxers, so what am I supposed to do when those aren't enough? They do help, don't get me wrong, but I just need a little extra help now and again. So why am I a criminal? Marinol is damn expensive and not very effective for me. I just need to smoke pot. Eating marijuana is also not effective for me,

When you're in literally constant pain, you tend to have mood disturbances and the like. Pot makes me feel happier and more relaxed, which reduces stress, which reduces tension, which reduces pain. It also makes me more pleasant to be around. All around a very effective medication for me.
