this is not the side of the pitt i seen and i went thru the hood i was just there this weekend i think pitt gets the wrong attention like detroit i know because i use to live there and im from atl

It got like that because of crime. Thats how it got like that. Any time u have a lot of crime in an area, decent people move out, and the thugs take over. They bring drugs, violence, prostitution, crackheads,ect.

We can't find time to spend at wit our family cuz we gotta bus our ass to take care of em n when positive ppl do u got roaches and ratts n da cut. Period!

Why do you need money to start a community group? Why can't the members of the community work on weekends/days off to better their own community (trash pick up, general maintenance, simple landscaping, etc)?
