  • Damm I had the hots for this woman when I was 8

  • how can I get a copy of this

  • I remember watching this show and hoping to grow up to have a job and little boy like Corey, nieghbors/ friends like Julia and I am white. Diahann Carroll was wonderful.

  • @jdkellyproductions2 "Julia" Loading!! TV Series "TeenNick" Be Here!! "Nick At Nite Classic" Coming Soon...

  • Thank you so much. This show was awesome.

  • They need to show this wonderful show again on TVLand..and DVD!

The younger generation needs to see what real class is!

  • Yeah!!! The old TV Land!!! Do y'all remember the retomercials? Remember when you could find all the shows you enjoyed from wayyy back in the day??? What happened???

  • TV Land actually used to be good back in the early days. I must have either been in school or just plain missed Julia when it came on.

  • @zshaw7549 I agree with you. Now TV Land seems to be all about creating new sitcoms and reality shows. I thought it was supposed to be about classic t.v. There's nothing classic about it anymore. I wish they would air shows like Julia now!!!

  • TV land needs to go back to this format of playing classic sit-coms instead of get actors who were in classic sit-coms to make their own!

  • i can remember being a litttle black girl and seeing this show. I had a Julia doll that I just cherished so much.. Love this show.

  • awww this is sooo cute

  • I remembered my mother's excitement when this show first aired. It was a proud moment and it was successful. Of course there were those and some blacks that made fun of them because Julia was educated, spoke well and raising a son to be gentleman. It was also a novelty because she had caucasion friends.

  • @sassysizzle diahann carrol have always beeen smart tho

  • I have a julia Doll, she's an original so her hair has turned a bright raspberry red oxidation. I was too young for this show when it aired and don't have cable so this is my first time watching. Thanks for posting.

  • Diane Carroll fine as vintage things in time.

  • It's ironic this show was historic in 1968. Now, in 2010, black shows are almost

    non-existent. Hmmmm.

  • man, that is a young Diahann Carroll

  • Ground breaking! In 1968 for kids to be arguing about black and white was a big deal!

  • This is excellent! It' reminds me of quality tv of the past.

  • I have longed to see the show for year. I had no idea it was airing on TV Land.

To be honest, the show kinda sucks. But my, how beautiful Diahann Carroll was and is.

  • Corey is so cute!!!!
