@LoboAscuridad : I'm not sure, but I think she sings about a person she loves, and she tries to tell that person, and she has tried everything, but that person doesn't answer. And then she becomes kinda desperate and wonders if she has to get water from the moon to make that person love her. She wants to do everything to show her love, but she can't get water from the moon. Anywway, that's what I think she means ;)
