Just play with setings. The program can you give various results depending on parameters you use.
For example, you can use the Curvature (increase) and Uniformity (decrease) parameters in the Artistic mode. Or you can the Direction tool and the parameters of the Direction group in the Classic style.
In the Advanced workspace you can see all features. Adjust the options and you wll get a result you want.
Is this result more realistic -"Animated B&W Girl"? This all depends on parameters.
