  • this is not a back bend or a bridge. it is a wheel, and she enters and exits it incorrectly. this woman clearly has no yoga training. Also, you do not wear sneakers in yoga! this whole thing is very unsafe.

    you come up bye pushing your hips foraward.

    and to do a real backbend you keep your arms straight bye your ears and push your hips forwards and lean back keep your head back as you go all the way down.

    she..sucks!

  • SERIOUSLY!!!! a few months. I dont tinks she is feelin alright i can do a contortion backbend and she is talkin about a yoga backbend and she said "you need to stretch for a few months" her mistake a few minutes.

  • I practised this on a wall and every day I went lower till I was at the ground I was going pretty slow and it took me two weeks to get it

    All you have to do in stretches is rotate your wrists they might hurt do hips rotations turn the top half of your body right and left and that's really all you have to do and I like to touch my toes after doing a backbend because if your doing it a lot your spine will actually curve like that so always counteract it by leaning forward and touching your toes

  • "You should have stretched out your back for a few months before trying this" - MONTHS?! It didn't take months for me.... i just got up into a bridge....

  • she sounds angry or irritated by the tone of her voice and the way she breaths before she did the stretch and i know its not because you have to breath a certain way when you do things like that its just her haha EXPERT VILLAGE FAIL LOL!!!

  • "risk blood rush" oo sounds real dangerous that. I hold handstand for 10min and feel fine, so bollocks!

    I've been doing headstands since I was like four. I'm not a contortionist or anything, but my mom taught me it. It's one of my best childhood memories. The only time I ever got a "blood rush" was after two years of being focused on school and not getting any exercise. However, all it did was make me roll over onto my back and then it was gone. It's really not that dangerous unless you have circulatory problems or are really fat. (Or lazy like I was)
