I now understand why so many men and women decide to be homosexuals! ಠ_ಠ This must be the reason behind violating the constitution. Someone needs to get a law firm, and file a class action lawsuit. If a mother-to-be can opt out of motherhood via abortion without the father-to-be's consent, then a father-to-be must have the same option!

I would like to hear an explanation of how the courts have side stepped the NC constitution.

NC Constitution

Article 1: Section 28: Imprisonment for Debt

(There shall be no imprisonment for debt in this State,) except in cases of fraud.

Sorry but the only way sending someone to jail for owing child support would be if owing child support could some how be classified as fraud, and I don't see how it could be.

Government creates program to disassemble your life for profit and then they create programs to reassemble your life from profit. Deceitful and very evil people involved in these programs. Judge Ruth in my eyes is just another crook who used the courts to illegally establish destructive civil cases to further her career and now she profits off her own destruction by other means. You need to see it from the beginning not the middle.

@VictorRamonethefirst I tend to agree with you Vic. I don't trust her or this program. It may keep some people out of jail and on a monitor but it's purpose is to still justify getting the payment. The guys big point at the end was that women do really need the child support for the light bill etc. That doesn't justify locking somebody up or taking 50% of their check.

The goal of this program is to break a generational cycle and chart a new course for fathers and children in a positive way. While I understand this program may not be applicable to you and your situations, this program is meant to teach these men life skills most do not possess. Rather than debate this on this format with someone who is not qualified to address your situation, I would recommend you contact the founder, Mr. Glen Warren. If a man don't wanna be a daddy, a woman should respect that and be cautious of who she decides to bed with. Very simple. Why force someone to do something they don't want. All you get is abused children who then turn into abusers themselves. Seen it so many times. Parents not ready to be parents. Forcing them doesn't change that.

@shadesradio Time is money Right... ?? solution !! equal time share... equals equal time/money.. let fathers have equal time share so that women can have more time to work to pay their own light bill !!! I know some men that have their children more than the mother .. and they still have to be in debt .. and risk going to jail...Make Changes to our laws soon  Please...

Ok fine. You are entitled to your opinion. I'm not an expert in this area, I just made the video. However, since I know people who are involved in THIS program I can tell you that this program is about re-unification of the family and ending the generational cycle of fatherless children. These men HAVE TO BE willing to step up. As Judge Ruth states, she has found many "are not deadbeat but dead broke".

@Nuwebber This program just endorses civil violations. Child support is illegal in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and the laws of this country. No Due Process awarded to no one, no conviction of a crime just orders of contempt. The reactivation of a debtors prison which is also illegal. All these people will pay for their crimes against humanity. America should have apologized for slavery instead of doing it again.

The beautiful thing about this country is that you are entitled to due process and you can voice your opinion. It is your legal right. As far as I know, this program is not what you perceive it to be. I'm sure you could discuss this program with Glen Warren anytime. He would be most interested in understanding why you feel the way you do.

I don't know Glen Warren but I will gladly speak and debate anyone on this issue. Once again, citizens in this country support a form of enslavement. If you or Mr. Warren can show me DUE PROCESS in child support court proceedings, show me.

So, she and others have developed alternatives to jail (which by the way you pay for) and they are demonstrating real results. You can't fix all of these people but this program is actually making a difference because of people like her and others who have a heart for the CHILDREN. This program is for them. You have totally missed the point .

How about giving men joint custody? 9 times out of ten they wont do that because then they wont get a chance to collect child support. If they don't child support they wont get the bonus money that comes from the federal government. its not about the children, its about money.

@Dejavu12321 You have it wrong here my friend. You can't put everyone in the same bucket. While there are some who no doubt deserve incarceration, many of these men never had a father to show them how to do it right. Father's Forever focuses on teaching these men life skills and vocational skills they never learned as well as spiritual mentoring....with the ultimate goal of the men learning to be real fathers for their children. We must break the cycle.

We must teach our daughters to be very selective! That's how you break a cycle. She, by law, is given the decision without consent of the man, to keep or kill the baby inside her.
