hehe, I like it how in all cisco commercials, either women or some indian or black guy are the mastermind behind what is going on in the video....so they can be politicaly correct. :) ...but that actually rarely happenes in real life :)

who hoo, sign me up. Now if I could just figure out how to be able to park calls and place them on hold while maintaning this implementation trasnparent to my users I'll be set. Good luck.
