Imigration is from country to a country. In Polish Lithuanian Commenwealth people believed that they have a right to move anywhere around as it was one country. So, imigration is not correct term. Poland lost Lviv whcih is more important then Vilnius, and to Lviv we had all rights.

In PL, government finances minority schools (like LT school in Punsk) - in LT they dont. Writing your surname is original way PL-YES, LT-NO. Language of minority as local language - PL-YES, LT-NO. Law that protect minority PL-YES, LT-NO. Names of town and streets in two lang, PL-YES , LT-NO. Democracy huh?

In democracy, minorites don't have to cross election threshold to be in parlament. This is their right to share their opinions etc. In Poland a German minority had 0.21%, but they got election mandate so they are in parlament. I repeat again: Lithuanian goverment don't finance minority schools. They are treated as private sector, not public.

Podkład niewłaściwy, bo Mickiewicz nie miał na myśli tylko bałtyckich ziem dzisiejszej tzw. Litwy. To nic nie znaczy, że Żmudzini sobie nazwali tak państwo, nie zważając na to, że było to państwo bardziej słowiańskie - przede wszystkim białoruskie i ukraińskie (czyli po prostu ruskie), a w 20 wieku ludność ruska w dużej mierze identyfikowała się jako Polaków. Szkoda, że mało kto o tym wie - niestety nie uczą tego w szkołach.

It became Polish under Commonwealth. Poles built a lot of the Baroque architecture and the economy actually in Wilno did very well under Polish rule if you read Wikipedia's history on Wilno and it has some links. Poland only wanted to keep that city really.

Imigration is from country to a country. In Polish Lithuanian Commenwealth people believed that they have a right to move anywhere around as it was one country. So, imigration is not correct term. Poland lost Lviv whcih is more important then Vilnius, and to Lviv we had all rights.

In PL, government finances minority schools (like LT school in Punsk) - in LT they dont. Writing your surname is original way PL-YES, LT-NO. Language of minority as local language - PL-YES, LT-NO. Law that protect minority PL-YES, LT-NO. Names of town and streets in two lang, PL-YES , LT-NO. Democracy huh?

In democracy, minorites don't have to cross election threshold to be in parlament. This is their right to share their opinions etc. In Poland a German minority had 0.21%, but they got election mandate so they are in parlament. I repeat again: Lithuanian goverment don't finance minority schools. They are treated as private sector, not public.

Podkład niewłaściwy, bo Mickiewicz nie miał na myśli tylko bałtyckich ziem dzisiejszej tzw. Litwy. To nic nie znaczy, że Żmudzini sobie nazwali tak państwo, nie zważając na to, że było to państwo bardziej słowiańskie - przede wszystkim białoruskie i ukraińskie (czyli po prostu ruskie), a w 20 wieku ludność ruska w dużej mierze identyfikowała się jako Polaków. Szkoda, że mało kto o tym wie - niestety nie uczą tego w szkołach.

Pilsudski heart is Vilnius. People part of Vilinja and Lithuanian Security Service are greater scum. Lithuania couldn't be friends with PL at this time because Red Army was on their border waiting to invade. Even Ukrainians had a bloodier relationship with us made alliance with Pilsudski against Soviets while you tried to take all of Vilnius by allowing Soviets to attack us. You ocupied Vilnius for first time in 1919 (Litrhuania protestend against it in league of nations) but you didn't listen. So when soviets ataced you you left Vilnius and Lithuania entered it. After that we sign truth agreement. So where we helped soviets? Go to school and learn.

It became Polish under Commonwealth. Poles built a lot of the Baroque architecture and the economy actually in Wilno did very well under Polish rule if you read Wikipedia's history on Wilno and it has some links. Poland only wanted to keep that city really.

Vilnius was Polish. Lithuanians in all major cities Polonized themselves if you know history. I don't agree with taking all of Lithuania by force but Lithuanization plans of certain Polish areas was also stupid. Vilnius infrastructure did very well during Polish rule. Kaunas also had a huge Polish community. Some members of my family are descended from there.

Do you understand Poland is a known as victim of unnecessary occupations throughout history. By the way you don't know your own people. 53% of Lithuanians like us. We are 2nd loved after Latvia. LT supports us against Russian meat embargo and german-russian gas pipeline. Poles had Constitution Parade in Vilnius and also have plenty of schools in Vilnius area like Salcinikai. I know some Poles there and plan on visiting this area someday.
