  • Why do it have coil packs?

  • im runing mufflers but with no cats what do you suggest? i thought it would affect back pressure n shit if i took the mufflers off i want it to sound like that but streight pipe would probly get me pulled over?

  • do you got a aftermarket cam in that? i have a 5.0 with shorty headers and H pipe and it dont sound like that at idle

  • love the car it sounds exactly how a 302 mustang should

  • I love people ask what's the gas mileage its fucking expensive. ....4 dollars a gallon...... it's worth the money..mustang are the best car... but I do love all american muscle cars...

  • fuck yeah you can here that Supercharged

  • ive never seen coil packs on a 5.0

    nice work

  • it dont look like a 5.0 though

  • @MrJthug The 94/95 GT's used a 302. More current ones *should be rocking the 4.8L V8.

*I'm not 100% positive on the second sentence.

  • @xIRAxFiveSeven

    *4.6 liter not 4.8

  • @xIRAxFiveSeven

    4.6L not 4.8

  • @culprit302 Yup. Was half asleep when I typed it.

  • @MrJthug Oh, but it is. Lol.

  • nice, now save up some money and replace hat crappy tint job

  • sounds good how you like the sn2000 paxton

  • ur neighbours must hate you... but its a good sound o wake up to...

  • I love when ppl ask "What's the gas mileage" on mustang vids. Seriously, its a mustang, not an escort.

  • Sounds like an x303 but the pistons would have to have been changed So What kind of cam is that?

  • I posted the car for my roommate around a year ago.

I apologize but I do not know any of the specs or stats of the vehicle. Nor can I help with building one.

Please refer all questions to neoxaero

  • you running the stock E303 ford cam ?

  • eh man what is the gas milage like on this i am building up a 5.0 about to start im planning on getting it cammed and other goodies but whats it like with a supercharger on there

  • I loooove that super low idle sound. Lol. And nice rims.

  • If you have this car you are automattically a bad ass!

  • did u put the elbow on for that upper intake,

  • you need to put the rims on the front also on the back

  • Time to rip off the horrid window tint. Sounds great.

  • i love that cam what are you running i gotta put it in my 94 i gotta

  • you should keep the stock wheels on there the rear they look better

  • i have 94 stang gt vert that had chessy powerdyne s/c with gt40 alm heads e303 also push 6# and i got 405rhp 418rtq... i just got a new blower went with procharger d-1 w/intercooler hoping for an easy 500 rhp 2 wheels btw what cam do u have?

  • I wonder if this set up would work in my explorer 5.0??

  • no different systems

  • How is it a diffrent system??

The explorer v8 does come with goodies from factory that arent on the stang 5.0.

The intake is diffrent. But all in all you should be able to force induct air into it...right??

  • neoxaero, How have is your air intake to the supercharger routed? I have a Paxton ball drive system on my 94 GT and I am using the supplied rubber/plastic elbow. It crams the air filter up behind the passenger side headlight. I end up crushing the air filter by the time I have everything installed. I've had to switch to a short air filter to avoid this. I would like to re-route the MAF and the filter into the fenderwell. Is this how yours is set up? Have any closeup pics of your setup?

  • I do have some pictures of it and would send them to you. I have the air filter in the fender well, but I'm going to have to modify that at some point if I stay supercharged since the pipe hits the tire under full suspension compression... Post up an email or if you're on Corral PST me on there (neoxaero on there as well)

  • Cool. I'm ajhale on corral. I sent you a PM from there.

  • OMG. what cam are you running?!?! sounds GREAT

  • just got a 94 mustang gt today, mind telling me how much it would cost me to get it super charged? Just a basic one. Or would a turbo be faster? thanks

  • A turbo would be the way I'd go if you have the money to spend.. depends on which you like best in my opinion...

They both cost roughly the same.. turbo should make more peak power

  • I have a 94' Mustang GT too and I'm a fan of superchargers.. to be honest, they're all good and give about the same power, you can always go much bigger but not really on a stock motor. Personally I use Vortech cause they're very easy to do business with, have a system for anything you need, and are really helpful.. if they had to they'd stay on the phone through the whole installation.

  • how did you convert it to a distributorless ignition

  • I converted to DIS using the AEM EPM and LS1 coils... Using the AEM standalone computer

  • How much power are you putting down?

  • 363 @ 5500 @ 5psi..

Super charger is an older Paxton ball drive unit... so I think I was getting some ball slip above that (Dropped down to 2psi or so about 5600)

I'm not real impressed by the numbers it put down.. but I'm not going to stress over it to much.. I'm doing suspension next, then tranny swap and then putting together a turbo motor..

Should be done with it in time for the "Texas Mile" next year

  • have you considered that how much power youre losing with with a cam with that much overlap?

    blowers dont like overlap

  • Hopefully you're being a smartass cause even seasoned engine builders cant tell how much overlap a cam has just by listening to it idle. Lope is caused by lift and LSA

  • actually, its caused by DURATION and LSA.... good try tho.

i still stand by my previous statement.

you waste power with big overlap on a forced induction car.

  • I understand you lose power with overlap because you only need it on a naturally aspirated engine. But fill me in buddy how can you tell it has a lot of overlap just by listening to it Idle. I have been building engines for years and I cant tell

  • i call bullshit on you building engines for years because IF YOU HAD BEEN... you would know that overlap is determined by LSA and DURATION... (not lift as you previously posted)

  • Comment removed

  • Thats not even a rough Idle. Everyone with an SN95 mustang knows anything over an entry level cam will cause rough idling due to the new at the time ford EECIV emissions standard. And aftermarket tuning is almost not worth the money. Most entry level cams have very little overlap due to wider LSA's anyways. LSA ,duration and lift are all contributing factors to rough idle just so you know, expert

  • @btownmxer - The car isn't running the ford EEC computer - Its running the AEM EMS - which is how I'm running LSx coils on the car

Anyways - I haven't done much of anything with the car since I got it to this stage so its up for sale..

  • my mustang has 149 miles on it and i want to supercharger it wat sugercharger should i get and wat needs to be done when i sugercharger it

  • tons...what do you want to know?

  • Excuse the shakey camera -- camera man has parkinsons or something..
