Urban Decay Naked 2: My Honest Review

i DONT want either one if they're like this, so if the naked 1 pallette is like this WHATSOEVER please speak up somebody because I'm getting one as a gift and I was going to say the second one but everyone's opinion is different and her's could just be dropped and messed up in packaging or somehting. please answer someone I really need to know what to do and I like the colors in this much better.

you like 4 of the 12 shades, yes? each would be $17 (because they are full sized). that would be over $60 anyway. THEN there's the brush, so try and look at it that way? I know it's not fun to have high expectations shattered but it is still a good value. unless you returned it already

Thanks for the tip, my advice though, is that when theirs a lot of hype over something coming so, and it finally shows up, some of the first products are rushed.. so maybe if you wait a few months or so you'll have better luck repurchasing them? who knows.

I have the naked 1 and don't use it that much so buying the naked 2 would probably just be a waste. Ive noticed, not just in this video, how bad quality the shadows really are. I'll stick with naked 1.

i bought that nail polish because it looks so good on you in this video! my palette wasn't as bad as yours i just don't like the cool colors on my skin but I'm branching out sorry for your bad luck but there are plenty of amazing palettes out there :)

Personally, i love this pallete. None of my shadows do what yours do. Maybe you have a defective pallete or something. Try pushing a little bit lighter on each swatch. (:

I have a feeling that you either got a faulty pallet or are pushing way too hard when you swatch. Just because when I swatched mine the first time, I had this problem so I started pressing lighter with my brush and finger the problem went away. Thanks for the review

The first pallet appeals to me more, im glad you made this video. Because after watching all these videos on the naked 2, all of us want to go spend the money we dont have one shadows we dont need LOL Its a nice change to hear its not all that!

do you store it in your bathroom? if so maybe try storing it in your bedroom for a few days and see if the when the humidity is steady it improves

And 12 eye shadows for $48 is REALLY good!

Cause if you bought 12 eye shadows at the drugstore it would be wayy more.

you should bring it to sephora and see if there is actually something wrong with the shadows because there is a big difference in half baked that you showed. i would get that checked out instead of just settling.

I don't think it's fair to be discouraged at the consistency of Chopper...the finish is supposed to be chunky, much like the Midnight shades by UD. It was designed to be chunky and glittery. It swatches like it's supposed to.

I like alot of Urban Decay eyeshadows, but haven't bought any palettes since I cant afford them right now. I hope I can get the 50 Anniversary Palette though. Have you tried that one and if so, can you please do a review of it?

@lilacshine9 I haven't but when I swatched the shadows in Sephora they seemed really nice quality but try saving up for the palette. UD eyeshadows are $17 each and a palette with 15 eyeshadows is only $55 so it really is worth it. Plus the shadows in the 15th anniversary and naked palettes are full sized so they're and amazing value!
