I have loads of reason refills in all styles trust me something for everyone here as well as sample C.D's/ Loop Kits/ Loop C.D's/ Tutorials and much more.
I have all the factory sounds from every drum machine made in the last 20
years including the AKAI MPC range with MPC programs as well as Korg Triton, Yamaha Motif and Roland Fantom . All available in wav or reason refill format. Trust me, you want it I got it I have everything! Contact me for a full list!
from yesterday on i have heard this track more than ten times. and i like it even more. maybe you should record it into a computer and search for a vocalist to make the track complete.
hey how did you record that whole song into the key board with out a loop...?? the besty i can do is like a 1-2 measure loop that i have to play around with on the pads and reord it into a computer with my friends m-box....
i found those 3 pedal options for this keyboard, can i use them all or what, there are just 2 jack pedal inputs from behind, i want to connect a damper pedal+volume pedal+multi foot switch, can this keyboard work with those at the same time ?
its kind of like an invisible laser that the closer you get to the sensor the more the sound modifies, depending on what you set it to do. hope it helps
Dude, you rock! I'm so confused right now wether to get a Motif XS8 or Fantom X8....? I guess eventually I'll have them both, but which one 1st.... HELP!
If you played 'tons of times' an XS8 (and not XS88) and you don't hear the difference between that one and a Fantom X you should develop your hearing better.
Oh, well, you know the GUI. Now that makes a good synth, a nice GUI. Well, Rolands GUI is a ton times better than Yamaha's one, but do you know about Waverom size?
Yamaha Motif XS series: 355MB
Fantom G: 256MB
Fantom X:128MB
Now what does that tell you? You might wanna play an XS8 even more, you need it.
On anything except synth patches, the Motif smokes the Fantom. However, I will say this... I dislike BOTH GUIs. Sure, they're pretty enough and all, but they're not designed with speed in mind. Korg has always designed their interfaces with the user in mind.
Two more points:
1. Korg's Combination Mode SMOKES Yamaha and Roland's approach to layering/zoning/etc.
2. When's the last time you saw a Yamaha with a touchscreen? Trust me. It makes a difference.
@ikkejick Hey, I have a Motif ES, Fantom X6 and a Casio CTK691. Don't diss Casio please!. It has one of the best String pad sounds I've heard for cutting through the mix in a band situation. My standard string performance on the Roland is now an emulation of the Casio. Nothing close on the Motif or Fantom stock string sounds.
I get a Roland Fantom X7 at the end of this year! I'm so glad about it! It's a very good synthesizer, even comparing it with the Korg Oasys! And this song sounds very good Xtur, you play very, very well!
this is the synth that every one is using at the mo in mainstream music love the sound of the fantom just dont have the money for one of them things are buy one in two years time when there is a big price drop
Now if you started reading this dont stop its really scary! Ok send this to five other videos in 143 minutes. When you are done press f6 and your crushes name will appear on the screen in big letters. This is weird becuase it does work. If you break this chance you wont have a crush in the next five years
I'm not good in working with Cubase. I prefer creating music on Roland sequencer only. And I think that I don't understand your problem because my english is not so excelent.
I got a question for you see I use Cubase with my roland fantom and I was wondering how do you records sounds on different channels? Let's say on channel 1 I use kicks then on channel 2 I wanna add Hi hats. After recording once I press play I will hear the sounds on channel 1 but not on channel 2 why?
Great stuff!! Did you entirely make it on your X7?

I know that Roland Fantom can do much more, than You saw here, but I think that Motif XS8 will be better choice. :)
xtur 4 years ago
The Motif XS8 is $3199 and the Roland Fantom X8 is $2795.Plus the Roland has all the signature sounds in it that the Yamaha tries to copy anyway.

But thats a new Improve motif i have
both power machines and its nothing like
each other the reason its has came down on its price is because ROLAND came out with

@ORUPRANKSTAZ Motifs aren't shit. PSR series aren't too. Also: korg and roland are good, but in my opinion the motif series are just a bit better.
You know what shit is? Casio or something like that.
I bet you never played a motif, of at least the way you should play it.
