@911REDBONE Indeed it is a marevelous carnival costume. Do you know that some of these take up to two months to get fully crafted. They are made with item from Africa, China, Brazil, and everything is hand made. Check this video I selected for you that has a very similar costume too.

@frontrow11 I think she ( Andrea) was penalized because of her age and a bit because of her communication skills, which is very important when representing the city, talking to clebs, corporate, etc...but she has a incredible samba dance.
