@Keisha770 I just go back to basics even if its just a couple days... drink more liquids and soft foods... oatmeal and eggs.... soups and basically anything that does not require much chewing... a couple days later I have dropped a pound or two... the thing is.. sometimes its hard to go back to basics when you're back to eating much more than that...
You might not want to weigh every day.. it will drive you crazy - your body will retain and release water throughout the day... You might want to watch salt in take in meats and snacks (just a tip)
