I've seen your videos, you weight a lot over 200 pounds and barely beanch 275 and you got one rep of 500 dead lift, probably you have small dick like every mexican.
i would suggest lowering the hips a little more/sit back on your heels--this will help keeping the back neutral and move your shoulders over the bar more.
i didn't affirmate that my form was good if you would learn french at the begining of the video my friend say that my back didn't like it but it was okay.
