As much as we all like the Phantom, we have to accept Christine's choice: she loves Philippe/Raoul, not the Phantom. I think she pities the Phantom, and cares for him, but she doesn't love him,and she never will :/

:'( oh my gosh -tear- I think I like this one better then the one made in 2004 even though the one in 2004 had songs you could understand but in this one they had the pretty voices, the gentleman, the phantom is not as creepy and Roaul does not look like barbies boyfriend Ken. This one I think is better it's cleaner the other one as well

I actually like this ending better because Erik hears Christine one last time before he dies, which never happened in the novel. This has to be one of the best versions of the story out there.
