Even though I'm not remotely close to the weight of any of the contestants, I would jump at the chance to have either Bob or Jillian as my trainer... particularly Jillian. She's tough, but I think she REALLY gets the work done. Here in the States, all of the people who won The Biggest Loser, with the exception of Season 3 (she wasn't in the show that season), she's the undefeated trainer.

Not all of them lose it all because some are very very big. But they all lose a lot of weight. Usually it takes them about 3 months to lose most of the weight. That's how long the game goes on for.
