I'm 13 and i started playing runescape when i was only 8 or 9. I used to love the game. i played for about a year and stopped at level 80. After this, i came on when i was about 12, it was such a let down... the old runescape was so much better and the people and community were so much nicer, if you read this and agree, thumbs up.

Holy shit.... I remember when I was like 8 years old. I made an account, went out the door, did the fishing (I remember talking to my friends wether it was a bug that you first burned one shrimp then succesfully did the other one). I then took my way to the cook. And here I got big problems... I didn't realize for like 3 days that you had to USE the flour with the bucket.. I actually paid my brother 15 bucks for him to tell me.

My entire childhood consisted of RuneScape in its more raw form, my very first account was named Jimbalina XD me and my brother would sit by the computer and take turns playing, and after our mother had told us that our computer time was over we would spend the rest of the night talking about the adventures we had into the (at the time) unknown regions of RuneScape :')

These were the glory days of Runescape. When it was fun to be a noob, when people flocked to general stores to see who could get cool items first, when Lumbridge consisted of only 4-6 buildings, when you got pulled into a random event at least once or twice a month! The days when Runescape was at its best, and everyone loved playing! It was like the Minecraft of 2006-8. Everything that was simple could be fun, and now.... It just makes me cry what runes ape has come to.

Over 86 percent of players were bots. Jagex made mistakes that can never be changed. The biggest mistake was making the game better. When games are made better everyone gets so competitive over them and then they all need to cheat. We missed sharing and having fun with our best friends in real life. We miss the awesome graphics and doing normal runescape tasks with our friends.
