Frankly, I found hotel mario's cutscenes to be hilariously bad, and rather enjoyable, where-as the zelda CD-I cutscenes I found to be sometimes funny, but mostly horrifying... "all that I see I shall devour!" that line haunts my dreams...

Second, why 30 coins for a 1up? If I was making this game, I'd keep the coin score the same when you enter the section of a hotel. 100 coins for a 1up! Nintendo needs to make a remake of this with better cutscenes, my rules listed above, and put it on Wiiware. It would be a better rendition.

Wendy's Battle and Iggy's placement seem to be both derived from SMW,where Wendy's battle was almost entirley luck based and Iggy was the first boss.They assumed Iggy was the runt of the pack and Wendy was luck-based.

Hey Steve, I have a question about the Zelda games: Are you able to save your progress in all of them?

I'm only asking because the AVGN couldn't save his game in I believe it was Zelda's Adventure. Of course, it could be a faulty console on his part, maybe.

You have to keep the CD-I on or else you'll lose the data. this goes for the Zelda games as well. After I finished recording all the footage, we loss power and all data was lost.

As far as I know, this is just because the save battery of the system is dead. And that is very common with CD-i's.

I believe it could be replaced but that would require opening up the console.
