~ I MISS CAMPING ~

We used to have a group of 30 people that would go every Memorial Day Weekend. Of course it rained every time for at least 1 day, sometimes the WHOLE weekend. About 10 of us would bring big tarps and make a 'tarp city' to hide when it rained.

Anyhow, its FUN , even when it rains. Some of my best weekends to remember were camp trips.

@NewAgeVideos The rain really isn't that bad as long as you have the right gear and a big tarp! It's the wind that makes it tough! It gets colder and it hard to keep the tarp up properly....but we had fun anyway! Thanks for the thumbs up!

I don't mind camping in bad weather. I didn't notice, but do you guys use a tent or swags? (Not sure what your version of a swag is... maybe a bedroll?) Makes me want to get out and camp now. Beaut weather today and I'm on break! Looking forward to more.

@SounderAU On this trip we just slept in the truck, but we usually take our motorhome! We used to be hardcore tent campers until we got a great deal on a motorhome...and now were are spoiled, sleeping on a comfy mattress!

We went camping in the Grand Canyon and were unprepared for how cold it got. Holly slept in the truck and we had to bail on the rest of camping cause of weather.

we muched enjoyed your video. camping in the rain is refreshing (for a while, waiting for it to clear huh) Court's singing made me chuckle. the campfire cooking looked tasty once again. the solitude out there must be so nice

In camping language, we call that Uber-raining. All right, we got a downed tarp here people. Code brown! I repeat, code brown. Well, you kept the mud off the food and yourselves.
