Alan should sue the eye witness in civil court for 17 years of income from the logging job he had when he was arrested, plus interest and punitive damages.
She should be punished for destroying an innocent man's life.
I know Alan and Larry personally! I always knew in my heart of hearts that they were not guilty of this .. but almost everyone else I knew said I was "Out of my mind or I don't know what I am talking about"! I just recently gotten back in contact with Alan again! It is truly a blessing to see that both of these outstanding men have regained their freedom! Such a shame about all the time they have lost with kids and family!
This is heartbreaking to watch. How can the state of Washington take away someones life for 17 yrs? I cannot even imagine what they have had to endure and what they continue to fight - for their lives? I've always been proud to be American, but I sure as hell am not proud to be a Washingtionian if they cannot make it right for these men. You are aloud one life - I hope and pray that our government will give it back to you two.
