I was born in 1962 and I was lucky to have older sisters who loved music and it was always playing around the house. It was either the radio or Dick Clarks American Bandstand on Saturdays or Ed Sullivan on Sunday nights. Im very fortunate to have had the sixties music as a part of my life. I remember turning 45s on our Decca record player in our patio as my Dad BBQ burgers during the summer. The Seekers still sound as good as ever whether its 1965 or 2011. What a flashback!
