Dumb? Zavey, who are you talking about? Most dog owners don't know about parvo virus until it happens to a dog around them, or that they bought themselves! There is little chance that the puppy could have caught in their home, as it is caught by contact with another dog's feces. That was a financial trap, that seller knew and wanted the money anyway, why else would he say not to take a parvo test or go to the vet? Diarrhea is common when changing diets, but this is Parvo! I am warning whomever reads this: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM BUD WHEATLEY AS YOU CAN! He has a long history with buying sick animals from puppy mills. Call the PEI humane society and ask about him. Call the Better Business Bureau and ask about him. Call the Veterinary College and ask about him. Speak to other business owners, who have NOTHING to do with the Pet industry.
