I thought she was amazing, but I think her nervousness problem ruined her chances. If you wanna be big in the music industry you can't be that nervous before every show. Work on your confidence because you have an amazing voice and come back another season and shine girl:)

She's insanely talented, but she wasn't ready. The UK version of this show, which I followed, is a good example of this. Alexandra Burke auditioned and made it to the judges house when she was 16 and got let go at the final cut. She came back when she was 19 and became the second female EVER to win. B/C she became a woman and overcame her confidence issues what WHAT

This girl is so amazing, she's incredible! She's a whole other person when she sings, she's confident and sexy. I feel bad for her because she doesn't believe in herself but she's so innocent and a truly beautiful person with a BIG and CLEAN heart. I really do believe when she says singing means everything to her. She can use singing to get away from the reality which sometimes can be hard to deal with. I love her. She made me cry. She needs some one to tell her she's wonderful!

I see her as a gay icon singing our anthem in a different style. I'm sure the gay community would support her just as we did with Kyile. I could see her applauded on the GAY stage in London. I can really see her in a dance, chillout, R&B, soulfoul kind of thing. She is relevant and modern in the way she dresses and performs. My best wishes to Jazzlyn. I believe the decisión is about whole package. I Believe she is great maybe is about how much convinced about her self is the problem, maybe presure of artist's world would be a problem in a long term, anyway, she is amazing, amazing. Definetely should continue singing.
BTW, I've not seen anyone comment on how Jazzlyn responds to Simon's greeting questions (How are you and Are you ready for this?) Her pause and "good" response is genuine and telling, but the final breathy "yes" is...well...incredibly hot to boys everywhere...but incredibly sweet to dads and moms everywhere.
I'd say that Simon learned the hard way that he screwed the pooch by letting Jazz go instead of Simone and Tiah. He made a truly terrible decision that came back to bite him this week. He should have made two post-show surprise stops in Florida for Melanie AND Jazzlyn.
Until Jazzlyn generates new material for us, we have to come back here for our Jazz fix ;-) Jazzlyn, don't dare miss any of your high school experience, but we all hope you find the time to bring new material when you can.

Hi unwittingnemesis,Sorry I misunderstood. I agree. If I were Simon, my choices would have been Caitlin, Melanie and Jazzlyn. I also liked the fact that Jazzlyn didn't choose a balad. It brought more life to the auditions.

@mezm111 My four would have been Tora, Jazz, Cara, and Elona. :) OK...of the four possible candidates, I'd have taken Caitlin, Tora, Jazz, and Melanie. The X Factor is on tonight...and I just don't care enough to watch it (though it might technically be on my television, I won't really be paying attention).

Hi unwittingness. I'm just stating my opinion. I love jazzlyn. I would love to hear more from her. And I loved her version of I will survive. I loved all her auditions. I respect your opinion, but mine is different. I still see her as a future diva. She's awesome.

I don't think she's gay. On the contrary. But I could totally see her singing songs that gay guys would enjoy. I love everything about her, from her look to her singing. She's so enjoyable to watch,listen and even dance to. She's only 16 and I can envisage her to be a future diva. Her sexuality is none of my business.

My sis is gay (open), so it was simply interesting to read your fresh perspective (totally different angle than the other comments so far). I'm not sure who she wouldn't appeal to, though I guess these dudes thought a couple others were better suited for television (I don't agree).

I see her as a gay icon singing our anthem in a different style. I'm sure the gay community would support her just as we did with Kyile. I could see her applauded on the GAY stage in London. I can really see her in a dance, chillout, R&B, soulfoul kind of thing. She is relevant and modern in the way she dresses and performs. My best wishes to Jazzlyn. And there's nothing high school about her. AS a European gay guy, I'believe that she's what I want to hear in the future .

Simon Cowell if you by chance read this, it´s a real pity this girl is not on the show anymore. simon remember Leona Lewis she was also shy and you made her a start. Give Jazzlyn another opportunity elsewhere. You said it : you are believed to be a worldstar during the 1 audition.

BTW, I've not seen anyone comment on how Jazzlyn responds to Simon's greeting questions (How are you and Are you ready for this?) Her pause and "good" response is genuine and telling, but the final breathy "yes" is...well...incredibly hot to boys everywhere...but incredibly sweet to dads and moms everywhere.
Really tough not to really like Jazzlyn Little.

I'd say that Simon learned the hard way that he screwed the pooch by letting Jazz go instead of Simone and Tiah. He made a truly terrible decision that came back to bite him this week. He should have made two post-show surprise stops in Florida for Melanie AND Jazzlyn.
Until Jazzlyn generates new material for us, we have to come back here for our Jazz fix ;-) Jazzlyn, don't dare miss any of your high school experience, but we all hope you find the time to bring new material when you can.

OMFGGGGGGGG!!! Simon WTF?! Total disappointing for not taking Jazzlyn through to next rounds, you totally dropped the ball and crushed this girl dreams. Savan Kotecha seriously "High School Talent show" Dude quit Vocal Coach job and find something else...Putting Tiah through over Jazzlyn yeah clear favorite! Wishing Mariah Carey was there I am positive she would have had some sort of input of making Jazzlyn dreams come true! BRINGGGGGGGGG BACKKKKKKK JAZZZZZLLLYYNNNNN!!!!!

hmm, hopefully her confidence will grow as she does - i mean, she's only 16, there's plenty of time. i remember losing a lot of my self esteem once i got into high school, but in year 11 (2nd last year of high school) i regained it, and was so much more confident. all the nerves (and most of the criticism) are in your head!

Seriously, I am furious that SImon did not pick Jazzlyn, she is so talented and sure she is young, nervous - but she is absolutely a WORLD STAR. Jazzlin do NOT GIVE UP - we want to follow your career - make sure we can find you - I was convinced his big mistake was you and I was devasted you were not picked. I thought she had the best chance to win this competition and she is beautiful. I was shocked to hear she didn't make it past the judge's house. I think she did the best in the girls category and I thought Simon was going to surprise her when he stated he made a mistake. She did a great job with this song and made it original-like.
