A way to make your whipped cream more stable/stiff is to beat in some powdered (confectioners) sugar. It absorbs some of the excess liquid in the whipped cream and contains cornstartch to stabilize it. Whip 1 cup cream until stiff, then fold in 2 to 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar per cup of whipped cream. (a 1/2 pint container liquid whipping cream will make 2 cups of whipped cream). :) Neat & Cute decos! :)
