Can you write some more history about this Maryknoll House? as I mentioned, I lived around it since 1952 and just went back to took a few photos of the building, still remember the good old days. Did Father Stephen Edmonds established the St. Teresa School that is also in Stanley? Thanks and god bless you.
you should introduce this place to all your friends,who wants to visit to H.K. It used to be a monastary(?), the front garden was like you going into the Buckingham Palace, it was beautiful, cause' I used to lived around there and has been invited to attent X'mas parties that were held by the priest who lived there. Now it turns inot a guests house or not?
No, it's still a monastery, run by Maryknoll. But I stayed here for a few weeks during my time with a Maryknoll program to teach English in China. I'm sure they still have great Christmas parties, and I may return to Hong Kong for Christmas to find out for myself.

No, it's still a monastery, run by Maryknoll. But I stayed here for a few weeks during my time with a Maryknoll program to teach English in China. I'm sure they still have great Christmas parties, and I may return to Hong Kong for Christmas to find out for myself.
