No. Well, sure I guess, but the fact it was recorded would be fairly hard evidence at destruction of private property (in whatever year it was recorded in), and the guy who slammed it on the ground, if taken to court, would most likely have to pay to replace it. Generally, under no circumstance does a citizen have the right to take possession of another citizens private property, this is called theft or larceny. But this video is just a shitty ad anyway.

I'm pretty sure a clause justifying the destruction of the computer in case of cheating at what could be considered a sporting event is quite possible.
