@kaitlynn657 IT's Phil OCHS SONG. Of course not on YT but I prefer umbiss' version to GL as he really feels the song. It's in the vocals.

Sorry you haven't heard of him. He was a suicide, and a prolific writer. Lightfoot's rendition is one of his best.

He also wrote a funny song called Draft Dodger Blues.

"Sarge, I'm only eightneen, got a ruptured spleen, and I always carry a purse...."
