I don't think a movie would be likely at all. The character isn't well known (at all) to non-comic book fans, as she is relatively new in comparison to other comic movie characters. Considering all that, the interest in average movie goers would be limited at best. Also, be honest, would you want a pg13 X-23 movie? I think not.
I so wish they'd get to it and make a movie out of her. X fans haven't been this attracted to a character(Not physically like picturing her nude and drew-ling, and thinking oh I'd ... all that crap) since wolverine comics that go back to when Stan Lee brought him to life. Be awesome if they did a movie.

The thing I love about X-23 is that she's such a dark & depressed character, and yet she has such a hillarious backstory: She's a teenage girl clone of Wolverine!
...Well, technically she was bred using DNA from both Wolverine and a female scientist, so I guess you could say that she's more like his daughter. She was trained from a young age to be an assassin (and emo), until she eventually escaped to kill Wolverine, only to end up joining the X-Men.
