@DeciplesOfTheGrid If they are legionary assassins, they are set to attack you in certain area of the game. i always face them when leaving the followers safehouse. which is near the road where you start walking to jacobstown. My advice, do other quests, level up and get good armor and a gun, and boone as a companion and go kill those legion fucks.

I had my ghoul friend raul talking to him... it is almost as funny as me trying to make real life nuka cola... and yes you can make it there are recipes for almost every nuka cola out there... even nuka victory has one.. helpful hint nuka cola victory tastes like garbage so don't try it trust me...

@pigeontoedprod Some ppl feel more comfortable talking to pets than other people, after all, they provide unconditional love, don't talk back, and won't tell others what you said. There's a reason dogs are called man's best friend. XP It's still funny tho. XD

@coryharlin Ahhh that sucks! =( Cases like that are frustrating! There should something where it auto-completes the quest if you do the main gist of the quest goals. I guess it's hard to design situations like that for these types of games. Good luck getting as close to 100% as you can though! =D

@rfcveteran Heya, he is found living in New Vegas Westside, outside the Westside Co-op! =D It is kinda on the perimeter and outskirts of The Strip, if you circle and follow the walls where the Free Side entrances are found, you should eventually find it! =D
