Dogs and all other house pets are lactoseintolerant meaning any dairy products should be avoided, it can cause tummy upsets/diarrea or vomiting. If the dog is only getting say a table spoon of ice-cream (not every day though) it shouldn't hurt him. But this amount that is showed in the video worries me.
