I so very much disliked Erica, there was something that was just so smug about her. I'm glad Callie and Arizona are together now, it's a much better fit. Plus, Arizona is likeable.

Unfortunately they did take her away. Every great show needs complicated characters for other characters to play off of. Christina shine most when she is challenged. Every great character in a story has a foil. Since her departure, Grey's has quickly turned into a sub par prime time soap opera.
