  • Would much of this issue be solved by using a TS lens if you are using a Canon 1Series or D camera system?

  • @tcphoto

I use a Tilt shift canon 24mm lens on Canon full frame and while this solves the problem of converging verticals, it is still susceptible to some barrel distortion (just about any wideangle lens is) particularly when shooting architectural subjects head on. PT lens can work well with files produced with this lens tp just remove some of the curvature that can happen at the edges of the shot but agreed a TSE lens is the way to go for specialist work.

  • Sorry, but I can't see no difference btwn this tool and the CS4>filter>distortion>lens correction. Am I wrong?

    Cheers!

  • @torniaccio Photoshop plugin doesn't have information of the focal lenght and this is very important for the proportions of the image.

  • Awesome demonstration. Thank you!!!

  • 4:58 but the rooftop line to the left is angled... let's call it.. creating dramatic effect ;-)

  • Wonderful video! Sounds like a must-have, this plug-in.
