Cheatengine can be used to modify any hex in any game, although on runescape everything is server-sided, so it's impossible to make the changes permanent, or have any currency or bonus work. Kind of like dragonfable, you can hack the incoming EXP and gold from quests and kills, just not the gold you have itself. Runescape cannot be hacked. It can, but it doesn't work.
