I'm a judo guy who trained at Cung Le's and at Rudi's over in Milpitas. Bunch of great guys. Good workout!! These guys are in good shape and will get you in shape.
Judo can definately help your Sanshou with throws, reaps, and sweeps, and balance. Sanshou is a great, well rounded style, that in turn can help you in other martial arts!
