I recently got a nutone 110 CFM fan (got two vids in my profile). Actually looks like the fantech one, would not surprise me if it's the exact same fan. Not 100% done installing (drywall to fix, and stuff like that) but it is operational, and VERY quiet.

I got a Broan 50 CFM Bath Fan model number 688. Its a good bath fan if your bath is 45sqft.

Sometimes loud fans are actually good, for those times when you really need to go. I do love those nice fans though, tested some at the store.
