  • Sick i can barely do 1 of these! Anyone know any good tips to get better at these?

  • These are actually pull ups.(.using biceps)

  • Great Video! Keep it up!

Check out my page, I just Posted a New PULL UP VIDEO!

  • I can't do more than 5 of these, and my form gets sloppy after 3 haha. These KILL my back, though, so I don't do them often. I guess its because of scoliosis...

  • The L you say!

  • thats good ab and back work....

  • Todays WOD was killer. People say that these are easy but try them in context.

On the minute for 10min or until failure to complete the set in that minute: Chin Must clear the bar on each pull up.

    2 L-Pull ups

    4 Strict Pull ups

6 Kipping or butterfly Pull ups

  • easy:D

  • eazy ) )

  • those look more like Vs to me. Sorry your abs are too strong hahahaha.

Seriously though nice chin ups, do you have any pronated? do you have any high numbers?

  • great way for getting abs!! got a 6 pack from this xD

  • pullups are done pronate, chinups are done supinated.

    these are chinups

  • I don't know what those words mean, but I believe you.

  • A chin up is where your palms face you, it's more of a bicep workout and is therefore easier. A pullup is where palms face away from you, engage your lats more (but also biceps).

  • basically meaning chin ups require your wrist facing you, while as in pull ups your wrist is facing the other way.

pull ups are harder to do, merely because in chin ups the biceps are involved and pull ups have the back muscles involved and no bicep support.

  • @LelandSelene To put it simply, pull ups are when your palms are facing away from you. These are L chin ups because his palms are facing towards him.

  • @LelandSelene pull-ups are done with palms facing away from you.. chin-ups are done with palms facing towards you (as this video shows).. pull-ups are typically harder than chin-ups because they involve more back and less biceps

  • was about to say the same thing!

  • Pretty good :) I'm also doing some L-pullups :)

  • L anything is great for youtube because people can't say you cheated lol no real leg swing

  • Haha nevermind I wasn't thinking. Those are pull ups. My bad.

  • Actually they are chin ups. If your palms face towards you then the exercise is a chin up. If they face away then it is a pull up.

  • Yeah he's right man those are L chin ups. L pull ups are harder.

  • nice and smooth. but those are chin ups

  • if those are your chin ups then you need to look up what chin ups are

  • yeah you're right. Bigredlemon you need to look at the direction the palms are facing, thats what determines a chin up or a pull up

  • wow, that's ridiculously hard. i could never do that

  • they hurt so bad

  • I like these ones... They second to none, unless you count KIpping Pull ups
