let me just say i HAVE been to both parks. and might i say cedar point is better by far! when your going as fast as you are on both 8mph and 36 feet doesnt make a single difference. the only noticable diff is that there is a second hill. themeing of ttd is by far more exciting than kdk. ttd is the original and will always be the best!

@NeverLeaveDarling thats not true. TTD rolls back much more than KK, and twice has gotten stuck at the top, whereas KK has fins at the top to prevent that. And how would dragster not rolling back make it better? Most fans want a rollback to happen on these rides.

i have been on both and i usually go to six flags... but i gotta say top thrill dragster is better because you only have a lap bar and seatbelt, unlike kingda ka that has a shoulder harness over top of you that actually makes it a bit uncomfortable, expecially on the second hill, on top thrill dragster you have nothing to hold your upper body and i think thats alot more fun, plus top thrill dragster is better themed than kingda ka, also 8 mph does not make that much of a difference.

I feel both coasters have a good theme, great views, insane launch height and ride experience, but ttd just edges out because of the lap bars. I think the launch is longer on KK. Also, KK kinda stalls a little before it drops, where as TTD holds it speed better.I feel the height and speed increase in KK over TTD.But that doesn't take anything away from TTD cuz it is kick azz.I like the air time hill in KK. Both are amazing.If I had to pick, I'd say TTD cuz KK always has a line problem.

millenium force is better than both. They are both the same exact ride to me. A few feet means nothing when your over 420 ft and a few mph means nothing when your doing 120+. Now on the other hand cedar point is the best park on the planet, so why would i waste my time going to ride the kingda ka. C.P. has the most coasters in the world and the most over 200 ft nuff said.

let me just say i HAVE been to both parks. and might i say cedar point is better by far! when your going as fast as you are on both 8mph and 36 feet doesnt make a single difference. the only noticable diff is that there is a second hill. themeing of ttd is by far more exciting than kdk. ttd is the original and will always be the best!

top thrill dragster is the original. and will always be the best. both kingda ka and top thrill dragster have rollback sometimes. and both have gotten stuck. ttd's theme is way more exciting than kdk. the thrill is way better just from the excitement of tthe theme. yes kingda ka is higher and faster but the only real big difference is a second hill.

and @rollercoasterfan97 yes TTD does have rollback , sorry for misunderstanding earlier , and it is VERY possible for KK to get stuck at the top as well . and it just seems to me if it rolls back , the design isnt great . but yes ,they both DO have rollback . and HONESTLY idfc which rollercoaster is better ! I jsut think CP is amazing and Six Flags isnt that great . I tihnk I'm done with YouTube crap like this - im not going to waste my life arguing with people on the internet .

first off SixFlags has the tallest fastest coaster still to date, it has the first flying coaster and keep in mind ths is for Great Adventure it also has the steepest drop on a wooden coaster ever built and the biggest megascoaster in the world i dnt care that ceadar point has more coasters than any ohter park so yea and we have the first stand up coaster in America named Green Latern and the first flying coaster ever built and the first steel coaster to have seven inversions.

but look at 00:37 and pause it. look. you dont go straight up. as soon as your fully vertical, your in the barrel roll then your at the top. kingda ka is diffferent. youre practically on the ground and then straight up then the barrel roll then up more then the top. its hard to discribe.

@NeverLeaveDarling thats not true. TTD rolls back much more than KK, and twice has gotten stuck at the top, whereas KK has fins at the top to prevent that. And how would dragster not rolling back make it better? Most fans want a rollback to happen on these rides.

i have been on both and i usually go to six flags... but i gotta say top thrill dragster is better because you only have a lap bar and seatbelt, unlike kingda ka that has a shoulder harness over top of you that actually makes it a bit uncomfortable, expecially on the second hill, on top thrill dragster you have nothing to hold your upper body and i think thats alot more fun, plus top thrill dragster is better themed than kingda ka, also 8 mph does not make that much of a difference.

@joeyc1028 I originally thought that too. While my view is that if TTD is your favourite coaster KK must be your 2nd.
And if KK happened to be your 6th favourite, TTD would be 7th
im just using examples here, but theyre too similar to separate. I feel both coasters have a good theme, great views, insane launch height and ride experience, but ttd just edges out because of the lap bars. I feel this makes it just scrape by as the better one, but KK still has the extra hill and is a fabulous ride

I think the launch is longer on KK. Also, KK kinda stalls a little before it drops, where as TTD holds it speed better.I feel the height and speed increase in KK over TTD.But that doesn't take anything away from TTD cuz it is kick azz.I like the air time hill in KK. Both are amazing.If I had to pick, I'd say TTD cuz KK always has a line problem.

millenium force is better than both. They are both the same exact ride to me. A few feet means nothing when your over 420 ft and a few mph means nothing when your doing 120+. Now on the other hand cedar point is the best park on the planet, so why would i waste my time going to ride the kingda ka. C.P. has the most coasters in the world and the most over 200 ft nuff said.
