@bluerubyvideos lol he was suppose to be one of the wild life in halo reach. But they cut him out and left the squrrels. It says on their website, they update every week (Friday or Saturday)

@AngelsFury69 Porky is the unofficial slang for the skirmisher, a cross breed of the jakal. It was named porky because of how its head looked like one when the body glitches into the ground and only shows the head. Unfortunately due to unfixable bugs, porky's death animations looked way too unrealistic and unusual to be put in the game. So, with heavy hearts, Bungie had to cut porky from the game. Thus RIP porky.

@DaBoM1337 No. Porky is just a Porcupine. The walking animation was messed up so they cut them. Skirmishers are here to stay. I know for a fact they will not be removed. Porcupines would be just like the rats in Halo 3... RIP. At least the squirrels will comfort us in Porky's absence.

@AngelsFury69 In an update bungie said they were going to have porcupines in the game but they removed them because they floated off the ground and they couldn't fix it. But at least we have squirrels this time! And no, porky is not slang for Skirmishers. Skirmishers are as likely to be removed as Jackals.
