In this procedure the gall bladder is being removed, laparoscopicly. The big red organ on the upper/often left part of the screen, is the liver. The white structure below it is the gall bladder. In this part the surgeon is looking for the biliairy drain of the gall bladder (the ductus choledochus) and the artery that supplies the gall bladder. I hope this helps some people!
