Right now he's rerecording VV2. Regarding Slaughter: they could never match the potential that VVI possesssed, despite their relative commercial superiority.

It's chopped full of Paul Bunyan stories, urban legends, proverbs, and fairy tales. I used to watch a show called myth busters, that disproved many urban legends. Vinnie & I rode together to the locations we filmed at, we ate lunch & dinner together everyday. We had a lot of down time during those days & I had the chance to get to talk openly with him regarding his family, his personal beliefs, etc. It's during times like that, that you get to see the real person & not just the performer.

@213114960 You must have downloaded the version that is on the remastered album, I got the remaster and was ticked when I heard how they edited this song. Best bet is to find an original VVI CD on ebay, thats how I got the real version at least, I'm sure you can download it somewhere, but its cool to have the original album too.

Go ahead and check out old Motley Crue, Ratt, and Posion and tell me if they were any less gay looking. Well your observation is hardly confirmed, so maybe you should confirm it first. If he is gay, what would it matter to you? Does it change your life or something? He doesn't seem more gay to me than any other glam rock band. Is Paul Stanley gay? Watch the Kiss Exposed video and you decide. Anyway, who cares if a rocker is gay or not. Half of Hitler's SS was gay, but they didn't particulary act like it. Gay doesn't have a fixed behavior pattern. Some are fem & some butch.

I took an english class at a community college called "Folklore". I'm sure you can find a similar class at any local college. It's chopped full of Paul Bunyan stories, urban legends, proverbs, and fairy tales. I used to watch a show called myth busters, that disproved many urban legends. The old episodes are posted on you tube. The pop rocks & soda myth was one of my favs.

Oh, I didn't know "ex wife" wasn't in the context of "widowed" . The phrase "ex-wife" blended into the sentence, although the death of a spouse isn't usually refered to as an "ex" except maybe in the movie "Arsenic and Old Lace" . It was just lazy thinking. Thanks for clarifying that.

@VeloceRafter Vinnie lives in a southern state with his new wife. He lost all the lawsuits against Kiss for royalties for the 8 out of 10 hit songs he wrote while with the band & filed bankrupcty. In 1999, his 1st wife was abducted by a homeless man & found dead in 2000. I worked with this band on the VVI album & spent some time talking to Vinnie. He's a really great guy & absolutely not the egomaniac Gene Simmons made him out to be. Enough was enough for him & I can't say that I blame him.

When the neighbors were asked what they thought about Vinnie Vincent being their neighbor, one replied, "that's a guy? i thought it was 2 lesbians that lived there".

@theblackwell100 If you had read the above post from me you would see that I DO know him personally. I worked with him & the band for several days on the VVI album. Vinnie & I rode together to the locations we filmed at, we ate lunch & dinner together everyday. We had a lot of down time during those days & I had the chance to get to talk openly with him regarding his family, his personal beliefs, etc. It's during times like that, that you get to see the real person & not just the performer.
