Steelworx is a RCT3 Add on, a so called Custom scenery set. You can download these sets from diffrent websites and then you install them to the game. This is fully free but it may make your game crash if installed wrong but dont worry! If it crashes you can just go back to the file in your deskop and remove is and then your game should work fine again!

Some people get them, some don't. What I do, however, is place them underground as far as you want them. Same effect, no shadows.
