Eh, this was 2006 and I went to a concert on Friday, the 9th, they played in Edmonton and this was pretty much what they played at mine to, so yes, they do plan this stuff. It is a Vegas show. =/

As a percussionist...and Blue Man Group auditionee, I confirm that the instrument is called a vibraslap. There is a thing called a ratchet, but you have to continuously crank it to make that noise....which they do not
