you cant go over the requierments then you have to enter another CA the lvls are:

LV1: 30-60

LV2: 61-90

LV3: 91-120

LV4: 121-140

LV5: 141-170(highest lvl)

Nah, they're just more oriented to boss fights and PvP, since most of their debuffs are only effective against a single target.

cuz FB got low def and its abit useless in party no1 need them that much as FS ( def buff)Wizard ( stun ) and rest indeed all got nice pt buffs except FB i think its mostly solo char
