@NickBrunsky I'm using the attraction force between the utrons and C-coils. All coils are pulsed twice per revolution and totaling 25% of the time. Or to put it another way, the system is energized one forth of the time. 90 degrees in each 360 degree rotation.
An actual STARGATE/PORTAL-THING was caught on film in New Mexico. The footage can be found within the short-film entitled "SUDDEN PORTHOLE", which is parked at the PROJECT CAMELOT YouTube page (it's under the George Noory video).
I'm not selling anything…I'm just trying to spread the word about the unseen-dimensions we find ourselves embedded in.

In my conversations with Ralph Ring, I'd asked him about the outer UTRONs and whether they were supposed to spin. The answer: nope, they just need to be mounted so that they may 'free-wheel'. Our designer/builder of the OTC-X1 prototype stresses the importance of sacred geometry. Ralph stresses consciousness - being mindful of your actions and working from a place of love, which is infused into the craft. Check my updates for more information.
@Search4TruthReality Thank you for commenting on my video so soon. I had a look at your youtube page and website and I'm very impressed that you've actually met Ralph Ring. Wow!!! that must've been amazing to experience. I will be sure to watch your videos of Ralph and take a closer look at your website. Thank you also for filling me in on the fact that the outer utrons don't need to spin. I've barely worked on this project in the last 10 months but I feel a strong resurgence as of late.
