@donotbend This guy is driving slow but there is 2 reasons.

1. It's new york (very busy)

2. A cheif is only there to supervise, he's not a first responder, he is there to make sure all the paperwork and everything like that gets filled out.

- many times they are old (meaning they already did there time) and are "Veteran Firefighters".
