Photoshop is out of the case anyways,

even if you were to shop this using MODERN technology (nevermind the technology back in 1998) you could still clearly see the different pixels.

I'm entirely intrigued by the case, and I believe it, but there isn't anything being said about the body, I don't think.

@Shadowatcher33: The point of highlighting this photograph is that when you consider the context of this photo along with the "Creature Blinking" photo and the "Trip/Peek Footage"...they are all consistent with a living creature. And, this photograph was made public in 1998...not yesterday. So just because a software tool, such as PhotoShop, is readily available in TODAY'S world, does not mean that it can be used as a valid argument against a case from 1998. Just sayin...

Ok he describes in one of the video's he had the dog with him, and the dog grabbed the alien and it grabbed and torn the dog apart in a horrible way, then he hit the alien in the head with a branch. I wonder where the dogs body went after that?

Ok, I thought the dog was ripped apart, dunno why those powdered remains photo's are in greyscale while the others are color, wish they were all in color. So something came down from aliens arm and wrapped around the dog and it disintegrated, but the parts of dog weren't near it after that. So I wonder where the object that disintegrated the animal is?

There were no parts left. The dog was completely powderized. And there was no "separate object" that killed the dog. It was something connected to the creature's black suit. It retracted back into the suit after it did whatever it did to the dog.

This case has been essentially kept completely under wraps. Robert Kiviat of Kiviat Productions (who produced Alien Autopsy) has twice tried to get Fox to allow him to do a program on this case. Both times they have declined and not really given any good reason as to why not.

i first saw these videos a couple weeks ago and i am totally fascinated with this case. i am surprised i never seen this before. this is a very creepy case. i find it unsettling to watch this at night. obviously i dont know as much on this case as you do, but i do believe what i have seen so far. and unless Rutter actually comes out and confesses it was a hoax, i will continue to believe. great videos

What if the same thing happened to you as Dr. Reed, for supporting this evidence? There's no doubt that it's extremely believable. What would you do if you met the same awful fate?

Before I was exposed to this case I already had suspected that we are not alone on this planet. So perhaps I had already mentally conditioned myself to the possibility of their presence and that is why it didn't freak me out.

I don't think anyone could HONESTLY answer how they would have reacted had this happened to them. But I don't think Rutter met with an awful fate. I believe he was fortunate to KNOW FOR CERTAIN what he saw and how to adjust his beliefs accordingly. We are the unfortunate ones...because we still have to take this on faith, at least to some degree.

The skeptics need to realize that this event happened in 1996. That's the same year 'Independence Day' was released. Compare this creature with the ones from that movie and you will see the difference. That movie had a multi-million dollar budget and look at the aliens they created. They looked like "Hollywood Aliens". There is NO WAY that this thing is fake! If this is a hoax then this guy should work for Hollywood. I totally support Dr. Reed! This clip, along with the "blinking" clip do more to prove this is an actual alien, than the "debunking" sites do to disprove the occurance. You can see what you want to believe in, or you can see what is there. No matter if you believe that an alien was at the wrong place at the wrong time when Dr. Reed came along with the dog, or if he made the entire thing up. regardless. Your brain will tell you if you are looking at a hoax, or an obvious actuality.

I am, of course, completely aware of the debunking sites. I do my OWN research and come to my OWN conclusions. And I don't need a bunch of chest thumpers to tell me what I can and can't conclude. I call it like I see it. I know that there are troubling aspects of this case. But I am focused completely on the physical evidence presented. So far, none of the debunkers have attempted to explain how Rutter could have created the "Creature Blinking" video...because they can't.

I didn't ask a question, I gave an answer. The answer is, these are excerpts from various tapes that have been available since around 1999. I acquired these tapes over the years and have used them to thoroughly investigate this case.

The video of the red-eye effect is actually just a video that was created from a photograph. I created a video of the photo using Pinnacle Studio 11 to zoom and pan on the image so that you could see more detail.

The tapes that I acquired were from the same tapes that were made available to Jaime Maussan. I will post more video as I have time.

The video was first shown publicly in San Diego in 1999. There are video tapes of that presentation and many of his subsequent presentations available but I'm not sure where you can get a copy of any of them at present.

I can see two sides of the picture on this one..first of all..with today's technologies..it actually wouldn't be that hard to create something of this magnitude and looking at the possibilities of fame and fortune from it..it all would be worth the cost..even getting shot but then that could also be made up..and on the other hand..this could all be true..I just watch cause it is

First, this picture was not taken taken with "today's technology". It was taken 12 years ago and it was first posted publicly in 1998. Second, there are dozens of other photos most of which are accompanied by their original negative. Lastly, there is supporting VIDEO of the same creature showing the creature BLINKING. The blinking alone would have required TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY...not 12 year ago technology...and even then it would have required an advanced effects person to have created it.
