I keep it this way because he hates being brushed. I adopted him and his previous owner let his long coat get matted (she was ill and could not take care of him). He goes to the groomers monthly so it doesnt cut down on grooming bills that much but its easier for me to maintain between visits.

I see that Touche's fur is short. Do you keep it this way to cut back on grooming? I'm honestly curious. He looks good.
