This song feels like she just wrote it late one inspired night, and it all came out and it staggered all over the map and covered all kinds of ground and at last said things she'd been trying to say for a lifetime.

I love the rhythm you bring to it, as if it's more important to keep a hold of the song's spirit than a flawless performance. I suppose that's a bit of an oblique compliment, but it's a very sincere one.
